Enjoy a mini retreat in your own home with extra meditation and knowledge to prepare you for the week ahead.
During this online course for Meditators, your experienced TM teachers will guide you through the course leaving you feeling rested, refreshed and mentally alert.
The morning will comprise meditation, simple yoga postures (Asanas) and a relaxing breathing exercise (Pranayama). There will be an inspiring Maharishi tape and a morning break.
