With the guidance of our experienced Teachers, enjoy yoga asanas (a set of easy yoga postures), pranayama (a short relaxing breathing exercise) and extra meditation – followed by a delicious organic vegetarian lunch, cooked by our chef.
Enjoy a short walk after lunch before the afternoon meeting with a Maharishi tape and Q&A session.
And to ensure that you leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead, we will end the day with an afternoon group meditation.
