Experience how to live a more balanced life through Maharishis programmes for increased health and happiness.
In the morning we will enjoy yoga asanas (a set of easy yoga postures), pranayama (a short relaxing breathing exercise) and extra meditation – followed by a delicious organic lunch, cooked by our chef in the updated dining room, and a short walk after lunch.
Relax again in our famous Gold chairs for the afternoon meeting with a Maharishi tape and Q&A session, with Will and Janet. Enjoy an afternoon meditation with us and leave at 6:00pm totally refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
