Richard Tollinton
Richard Tollinton trained as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation in 1978 and initially taught around Sussex. He has 30 years’ experience working in local government and the NHS as a qualified social worker and manager, mainly specialising in mental health. Following retirement, Richard returned to teaching TM full time and is currently teaching courses in Leeds. Richard says, “After leaving the mental health services it is wonderful to be teaching such a simple natural technique which can improve health and increase happiness and wellbeing.”
